72 Hour Refund Policy

Ans is a nonprofit, not an ecommerce company. We collect donations and charitable fees, as such, it is imperative that our reputation with our payment processors who offer 0% credit card processing fees for our organization, remains in perfect condition. Refund requests from buyers remorse will not tarnish our reputation.

It would be best that we have a zero refund policy, but we want to allow grace during for a few days.

Ans buyers remorse policy: you have 72 hours to consider your donation. You will have access to limited information during this 72 hour period. No accounts, emails, portals, shipments, etc will be handled until the 72 hour window has passed.
